he was found yesterday visiting the dallas aquarium not too far from the dallas zoo, asking rather odd questions. that raised the interest of the people there at the aquarium. they matched it with a picture released of a person of interest and that brought them back to the situation here at the dallas zoo. he was taken into custody yesterday afternoon. now dallas police say he has been charged with several criminal counts, including six counts of animal cruelty as well as burglary. and he has been connected, according to dallas police, to the theft of the two monkeys found earlier this week safe, but going back three weeks to various animal enclosures, including a monkey enclosure and also a leopard enclosure that had been cut, the casings of those enclosures had been cut, and one animal was able to escape, the leopard on the grounds, safely. and then there was another monkey exhibit also cut. none of those animals escaped but it's been a very mysterious situation. what authorities still don't have an answer to is what is the motivation behind all of this. >> you were inside the zoo. y
